Let me start by saying that I am by no means an AI expert. I am, however, very curious and have found ways to leverage some of the AI tools out there, so I want to share a few that have worked for me.
In this blog, I’ll share:
A tool you can use as an AI speaking coach for your next presentation or interview.
How I’ve set up individual GPTs to help me as a speaker and organize and strategize my business.
A fun, newly discovered tool that breaks down complicated information in podcast form—and lets you interact with it if you’re lucky enough to have access to the BETA.
Here we go!👇🏼
1. Yoodli: Your AI-Powered Presentation Coach
This AI-powered presentation coach helps with role-playing that dreaded cold call, honing your interview skills, and preparing for that big presentation in 2025!I use Yoodli with all of my clients. When we aren’t meeting virtually or in person, they can practice on the platform, send me the footage, and share the results for further feedback.
2. How I Use Custom GPTs to Get Stuff Done (and How You Can Too!)
I’ve recently started leveraging custom GPTs (aka personalized AI assistants) to make my life easier, and let me tell you—it’s a game changer. Think of them as highly specialized team members who never sleep, don’t need coffee breaks, and are always ready to dive in.
Here’s how I use them:
Social Media Manager GPT
This one helps me stay consistent and creative across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. It generates engaging posts, repurposes content, and keeps things fresh.
Marketing Strategist GPT
When crafting campaigns, refining messaging, or brainstorming new ways to connect with an audience, this GPT is my go-to. It brings fresh ideas and fine-tunes strategies for maximum impact.
Storytelling Strategist GPT
This GPT helps turn complex ideas into simple, memorable stories. Whether it’s crafting a keynote or writing a blog, it keeps things clear and compelling.
How You Can Create Your Own GPTs:
Head to the ChatGPT app or website.
Click "Explore GPTs" and select "Create a GPT."
Give it a name and purpose (e.g., Social Media Manager, Story Coach). I’ve personalized mine and have given them names like Seth, Julie, and Bart. 😃
Add instructions detailing what you want it to do and how it should “talk” (formal, casual, witty—your call).
Test and tweak until it works like a charm.
Save and start using it.
It’s that simple.
If you’re juggling a million things like me, these custom GPTs might just be the extra hands (and brains) you need. Give it a try and let me know what you create—I’d love to hear your ideas!
3. Google Notebook LM
This one’s a gem: Google Notebook LM is an AI-powered note-taking tool that acts like a brainstorming buddy.
Here’s what it does:
Captures your ideas.
Helps you organize your thoughts and spot connections.
Summarizes info and even generates new ideas.
Here’s where I had a little fun: I gave it my website and two YouTube videos, and it spit out a podcast! I was blown away 🤯 If you want to see what it came up with, check it out HERE🎧
Have fun exploring and let me know how it goes! ✨
